Conservation Program

Ever Green holds and monitors conservation easements. We manage the entire easement transaction process for the landowner and assist with selecting and working with contractors. Ever Green is able to move swiftly in a thorough manner to finish easements very fast. Ever Green pulls together an outstanding conservation team with an experienced attorney, top notch appraiser, and environmental specialists. Ever Green works in multiple ways to protect lands, and we will continue to adapt to current times and regulations to conserve our nation’s most important asset, its natural resources.

Veterans & Youth Program

Ever Green is proud to host Veteran and youth outdoor adventures. Ever Green takes military Veterans fishing, hunting, and camping. Veterans, especially those with disabilities, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and PTSD, find the healing properties of the great outdoors to be good for everyone’s souls. Ever Green also assists the Ward Burton Wildlife Foundation with its American Hero events and works with that Foundation to help veterans in various other ways. Ever Green supports youth education through grants as well as taking youth on fishing and hunting trips to introduce and educate them on our amazing natural resources. Ever Green is determined to get our youth outside to enjoy the environment that they one day will be in charge of protecting!

Land Management Program

Ever Green owns several properties and thrives to use them as a model in proper land management. We promote wildlife habitat, diversity in forestry and land use, and erosion control for better water quality. Every property has its unique conservation values, and Ever Green helps sustain and enhance those conservation values to better the environment.
